Bad Idea to Race After Not Being on a Bike for a Week?
This past week I haven't ridden at all. Tomorrow there is a cyclocross race and I was wondering if I could injure myself by racing the first time I get back on the bike.
Thanks

If you have a solid mileage base from the summer/rest of the season, I wouldn't be worried at all. Get a good warmup in and go race. You might find that you're on fresher legs.

Jump on the bike and race. My riding has been intermittent at best due to work travel. We had a local race and I was in. It was my first cross race ever. Had a blast. Just go have fun. Depending on your fitness the only thing that might hurt is your lungs. Haha!!!
