Watch (Fenix) mount for 7/8" (22mm) handlebar. no tape?

I'm looking for something inexpensive. I bought a cheap rubber mount on Amazon, but it won't clinch the bar tightly enough. Thanks...

A mount to wrap the wrist band around? Get a piece of that foam pipe insulation from the big box home building supply and cut a inch or two section from it to wrap around your handlebar. Put the rest on those hose spigots sticking too far out from your brickwork.

If you have something that works but is slightly loose, put it on the bar and either wrap some strapping tape around it three to five times if you have some strapping tape, or use a zip tie. Then put the watch over that. If you do the strapping tape option, put tension on the tape when you wrap it so the holder grips the bar tightly.

I discovered self-fusing silicone tape. Once you wrap it, you can't peel it. It's great for applications like this. It won't come off with multiple mounts of your gadget.
