Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Probably my most accurate fatigue indicator has always been softball. If I enter the dugout in between innings and anxiously need to sit down yet most of my teammates are fine standing and moving about then I know for certain there's a problem. When the second inning feels like the eight inning I know there's a problem. Unfortunately covid has negated softball this year so it's hard to gauge how bad the fatigue is. It seems pretty good but I'm not sure. But hey, it's better than CV19.
You may be one of the real ones, but there are a whole lot of lulus out there. I had it once and go pretty sick, but it cleared right up with a antibiotics

Certainly Lyme is real and out there and can make you sick. And there is a post-treatment Lyme syndrome that some unlucky people get. The problem is that many charlatans seize on patients with funny symptoms (that could be post-Lyme syndrome OR something else entirely) and prescribe unproven and/or dangerous treatments that are not evidence-based and that's typically no bueno.

There were a couple Lyme "Specialists" in my area who were really quack doctors, the two who really specialized in it are out of business because they had, let us say, "issues."

I very much appreciate a certain sub-forum on read it, where "Cervélo" gets accented into oblivion.

The thing that gets me is, I lived in Lyme country. I ran XC against East Lyme High School, the town Lyme Disease was named for (this having been before we decided it was bad to name diseases after locations). I had Lyme twice. I never heard about this chronic Lyme thing until a few years ago.

Vikings. Literally all of them were faster than me - only the Stonington Bears and Saint Bernard Saints were slow enough for me to compete well against them. Our XC and track teams were stupid fast though - everything before the state championships was a foregone conclusion.

Really, that's just formalizing the subconscious processes that most of us do while dating. I'd call her marriage material.

It depends what's on the sheet.

Someone should keep a sheet tracking the quality of posting here.

Fortunately, this morning I finished fixing a silent error into an error that throws an exception, so the day wasn't a total waste.
