Yes, this spring has been uncooperative in the weather department in the Midwest. Two days ago we had 3 inches of wet, nasty snow. A day later it all melted. Today it is 40 and overcast with high winds, and rain on the way. Not exactly motivating.

First of all what is anyone over the age of 50 doing living anywhere were it snows?. Today's ride on the Withlacoochee (North Central Fl) was sunny in the 70's-80's with slight SE wind. Just beautiful. After the ride a little swim in my pool and now enjoying a nice cold beer.

I have no idea

Though this is Not typical,
I usually get some good riding in April thru May, then the fish start running

Has been a glorious day in London today. Had a little tool along the river before dinner. I am sure Alaska is lovely, but...

Hate to brag BUT; today is one of those awesomely awsome Spring days. Bluebird sky and a light wind, flowers popping up everywhere, including dandylions on lawns, dogwood trees in blossom, many critters along the bike path, including human critters. I managed 19 miles at a pathetic pace but all I can manage currently and glad for it.
