Looking for new bike
Hi guys, i had Fuji Tahoe LTD (MTB) for maybe 4 years. Every summer i did 15-30km. But my way is tarmac 80%. My problem is my weight. I quit smoking and now i'm 99kg.
So now i'm looking at:
CYCLO CROSS 700 - Road & Fitness - Merida Bikes International
Or anyway i should buy another MTB because it have stronger frame for my weight?

At shy of 100kg, you're down into the weight range that a road or CX bike can serve you well. Unless you want to limit yourself to smooth pavements, a CX may serve better. Not because the frame is stronger, but because the larger clearance will allow you to use wider tires, which will be important for you.
There are also some "touring" bikes out there with more tire clearance, so you can consider these as well.
In short, you're free to buy a sportier machine as long as it'll accept wider tires in the 28mm or so range.
That said, don't go jumping around, practicing bunny hops over logs, and use your legs as a suspension system to help your bike over bad stretches.

Thanks a lot for your answer.
Then i will buy Merida CycloCross 700.
Merida is good brand? I mean frames are reliable? (another question- Carbon vs Alu frames, which is better for my weight)
Or maybe i should look at Fuji, Corratec, etc?
Btw, i bought Chain-L for my MTB and i like it when it's rainy

218 pounds isn't that heavy. I see many people who ride carbon and weigh 220 pounds and more.

260 lbs never broke any bike I ever rode, carbon, aluminum, or steel. But I agree, cyclocross bikes are great for smoother trails and pavement. I used mine for crushed limestone paths, a little bit of dirt, and road riding for years. I eventually got a road bike too.

I weigh 135kg and have had 2 bike shops try to sell me on a carbon fiber road bike. They rode nice, really liked the 2013 Felt z3 I tested, but decided not to go after those. Figured the LBS was just trying to offload old inventory.
I've always been told that 250lbs or 112kg is a realistic maximum weight on road bikes with the thinner wheels like 700cx25 or less.
This Merida can handle a lot more than this. Looks like a nice bike!
