Which Bike Should I Get?
I am torn between these two bikes:
Fuji Saratoga:
VINTAGE FUJI SARATOGA BICYCLE
Bridgestone 300:
Bridgestone 300
Any insight?

How tall are you? They are quite different sizes of bike; if one fits, the other probably will not.

I agree ride them first but the Fuji will likely be a better fit. That Bridgestone looks like a hotmess. The chain barely looks long enough, the mustache bars with the shifters adapters looks funky to operate. Of the two the Fuji is the better quality machine.

I've had contact with both owners. The Fuji is being sold by the original owner and has been sitting in an attic for the last few years or so. It has a tiny amount of rust but nothing that can't be fixed. The seller of the Bridgestone has had it about three years and it needs nothing and is pretty much ready to go. The Fuji is quite a bit closer of a drive. Also, the Bridgestone has another set of drop bars that would come with it.

The Fuji is a better deal. Bar ends and mirrors are nice additions. Will need lube and tune-up.

go with then Fuji, on the Bridgestone, those mustache bars with brifter are a total mess.

Sounds like the consensus here is the Fuji. If I snag it, i'd probably rewrap the bars, get it tuned up and take off the turkey levers. I was even considering putting on some of the Genevalle retro shifters also and thats it.
