I like how it says "Sold: 500" "In Stack: 8"

It is only a good deal if you actually get a bicycle. The website is apparently 4 days old, and registered in China.

If an offer is too good to be true, then it probably is.

I think the website offered PayPal which should give some buyer protection, as long as one keeps track of deadlines.

There is always the prepaid VISA route which keeps it somewhat isolated from one's general bank information.

Yes, those are 2 pretty safe ways to do it, but I suspect it is a lot like the cheap Canada Goose outlet scams, a way to get data. If it seems too good to be true, it is.
