Finish sprint at the Cascade Classic Crit 35+. I'm in the middle wearing the red and white. Screwed up the final corner, ugh!

Nothing like the finish line atop a 4000 ft climb on one of the hottest days of the year.

Tailgunning. I guess we're going fast, I'm in the 12 or 13. I tend to push but still.

Crappy screen grab from the Wichita Falls local news report on Hotter n Hell. Arrow pointing to me, looks like I'm safely tucked in but the wind is howling from our left elbows, those white jerseys are my teammies helping enforce an echelon to save our lives.

Yeah, well, I haven't perfected flashed slow-shutter cycling photos yet
Pretty funny that your photographer there was the one who sold me my camera. Nice shot, btw.

This is the same lap where WR rode me off of his wheel as I tried to follow his move... I had to look back and wait for some help to bring him back. MONSTER!

Last Saturday, Stars n Spokes in Farmers Branch TX. Masters 40+ open. Course is a 3.5 mile rectangle, mainly East/West... wind was from the North at 20, gusting to about a million. First lap, ka-boom the cat 1 guys go at it, shredding the field. This pic is the next lap as my teammies and I claw our way back to what's left of the field. We made it, put our guys into 5th, 8th and 11th (me) on the day. Behold the power of an organized echelon.
I'm in last wheel here.

Now with video... Hotter n Hell 2012, men 40+ open. At 00:20 that's me #929 having been popped and chasing. Eventually made it back to the group but my soul died many deaths that day.
