Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

72° outside right now, but it's damp and threatening to rain some more, so I'm okay with taking another day off.

I did that once on my BMW motorcycle at about 70 mph. It was weird, I could feel a strong wind on my back trying to suck me into the truck. I did it just long enough to feel what it was like. Keeping the same throttle setting, I could hear the engine go from pushing the bike to coasting. That was weird too.

You need to ask for the "express lane" schedule.

I called the witch doctor about rescheduling an appointment and I learned that I've been classified as an "end of the day" patient.

wut

I've never heard of this before.

I asked why and the scheduler didn't say exactly but she said often those at the end of the day get more time. Not sure if that's the real reason or she made it up.

We got 90Ί and a 23 mph steady wind.

Sometimes. If a patient calls in the afternoon and has an urgent issue that can’t wait, I will add them on to the end of my day.

Is that what you mean?

EDIT: I just read your previous post. We don’t do your Witch Doctor’s style of end of day patient. Sad!

No, I mean apparently she only schedules me toward the end of the day. I asked about morning times and no can do. I'm flagged as "end of the day."

No, she wears flip flops (at least when it's warm). See previous discussion.

That means that she needs a drink and the rest of the day off after dealing with you.

It's all very suspicious. I wonder what it says in my chart?

Matches what I think. Also, late in the day gets into clean up garbage time.
