Wheel studdering or locked up Cause fix

TOTAL SUM=$1,000,000.00

First of all check your wheel if it seems like it is locked up that mean it is one of 3 phases (wires) coming from your Motor Controller (mcm) [Motor Control Model] to your wheel is touching each other/shorted together.
It really is a pain when you try to walk it and the wires on coming from the wheel are touching it causes a lockup in the magneto to the wheel. if far away and can't fiqure out how to get it unlocked as if the security system was on and locked the tire then someway cut the three wires enough to separate them near the hub. So the short is problem higher in the wiring somewhere...
Or another possibility is that the controller is [wet] or you have a [short] in your power or ground wire... if you hook the learning wires up and nothing happens such as go in reverse or forward (because when you hook up the learning wire it reverses the wheel direction so no need for bolting the tire backward to get it to go forward) just hook up the learning wires and disconnect each time and you'll notice the wheel will go forward and then disconnecting and reconnect will go backward as so forth.
Always keep a fuse on the power wire or you can blow the control module like I did about 10 times... and I spent around $1000 on controller since...
If you don’t get throttle working short out the green and red wire on controller that goes to the p.m. (power control module) and see if it goes. If the wheel moves
Than it means you need a new throttle...
