Can't do zero off-set on 4iiii Precision powermeter
Has anyone had this problem and has been able to solve it?
I can't do zero off-set on my 4iiii Precision Ultegra 6800 powermeter any more. It's been working fine since I bought it about 14 months ago or so but on a ride a few days ago it worked fine until I did a sprint, after which it was reading way too high (between 1200 and 1600 Watts when the real numbers were probably between 200 and 300).
I tried to calibrate via my Wahoo head unit and the 4iiii app but no success with either method. I am getting an error message each time. The app shows the battery at 33%, so I assume that's not the problem.
Any suggestions will be very welcome
