Barrel adjuster work around

Was hoping to use a Zee RD off a MTB for my gravel bike.

There is no barrel adjuster screw. It occurred to me it’s probably meant to use with a Mtb shifter with a barrel adjuster.

My shifter has no such adjuster as I am running drops.

Ideas?

I use those, that set actually, & I like the functionality.

Depending on the bike, if it has downtube cable stops, you might be able to install barrel adjusters on them: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001C5GB28/

If you have brifters with externally routed shift cables, you can mount the adjusters there:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001PTBUNQ/

Really, this isn't an endorsement of the Jagwire products, they were just the first to show up on a search.
