durasafe hitch bike carrier anyone?

Saw this durasafe hitch bike carrier recently for a reasonable price of about $80. I would like to have a way to transport bikes for me and my wife so we can ride some rail trails and such (I am just a commuter from home to work/school otherwise so never needed a rack before). I also want it affordable as most top of the car rack systems I've seen are around $250 or more. Anyone use a hitch rack like this before, or this particular brand? Pros and cons? Thanks.

I use a hitch rack, but it's from Hollywood Engineering and the tires set in trays down at hitch level. It's also a two bike rack, and if you're only carrying one bike I don't believe there is an easier, quicker way to load and unload. The one you're considering may well be more convenient for two bikes. In other words, I guess I'm leaving your question right where I found it.

Now, my Focus will only accept a class I receiver. If your vehicle is large enough, go for a class II so you can use a rack made from the 2" square tubing instead of 1 1/4". That's just my opinion, but I prefer not to see the bike rocking back and forth in the rear view mirror.
