Actually, I think you can use a standard 15mm axle nut. At least I did this on a SRAM XX crank the other day, so yours is probably be the same size. And why would he need an easy out?

That sucks. Let me know if you need a new self-extracting assembly. I think I have a couple of them hanging around in a box somewhere at the shop.

Today I got some new tools for the tool box. It's to the point now that I'm getting my hands on tools that would only make sense in a shop environment... I mean I'm not going to take out and reinstall a headset for fun.

Hahaha!

So, I just went to a private midnight showing of The Dark Knight Rises. Amazing. Absolutely incredible. The fact that the theater also had a bartender just for us that was pouring Dragon's Milk, Zombie Dust, and Jameson didn't hurt.

My trackstanding is weak. I can stand around. Never done or seen an alleycat (cept for the cats in my alley). The last one I can do.

Today is payday. So now I place an order with Scrod. I should probably just arrange it so my paychecks are forwarded straight to him. Makes things easier haha I'll be paid with bike parts please, thank you.

I'm steppin' up my SS/FG game big time:

bought this on fleabay to replace my dented worn 03' KHS flite for my road fixed:

Notice the water bottle bosses.

It will replace this, which will get riser bars and some seatbelt style big nylon straps for jerkin' off around town:

I also bought this, which will have a legit 1/8" setup and will be used only at the velodrome and perhaps from my car to the 'drome on the concrete. Currently planning a low-profile aluminum tubular custom build w sealed bearings for it:

also its near the end of the year which means i get to buy my team sponsored road bike for 2K if I want or give it back and not pay nothin':

i think that imma buy it.

You would be stupid not to at that price. If you ever decide not to.... I'm local if you know what I mean.

On another note, have you gotten any word about your forsaken steed?
