Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? I sold my Thunderdome frameset to a local friend who desperately wanted to get off his Leader. Retrogression is now an authorized Look dealer, so I took it upon myself to hang the parts on this AC 365 Pista frameset in celebration.

My shoulder & ribs are still preventing me from doing any actual riding but the little cruising around I did after building it up today proved I'm going to really like this bike.

Yeah, I'm pretty stoked about these frames finally being available here and a lot of people are freaking out over it.

The Look is very nice, but I still prefer the Raleigh. i just think that lugged frames look a lot better with threaded headsets and quill stems. I'm thinking maybe my next build will be a Colossi Mondial.

I saw that frame on the 'gram and was quite impressed, what you've done with it is even better!

Also, what bartape? I want!

Yeah, I get it. I dig the balance between classic and modern though. The Raleigh is still my favorite!

I do agree that silver parts would be more "proper" but I wanted to go the other way with this one. I think it looks rad with all black stuff because it seems kinda weird.

Black is the new chrome, which is kind of silver, and the circle of life has continued...
