On the fence about this one. I like the paint. I also like lots of shiny. This bike doesn't have much shiny. What I notice the most has nothing to do with this specific bike, but the mfger's frame. That fork DO looks really cheap. It looks like a stamped dropout/handle end you would find on a bike or a lawn mower from a place like Tractor Supply or Western Auto. Again, it is not a strike against your specific bike. Maybe the DO looks better up close.

Here's a different photo with better colour contrast from before I cut the steerer. I can't say I noticed the dropout at all. The bars and stem are also shiny but not particularly visible from this angle. I particularly like the horizontal top tube and the semi-stealthy but not all black look.

Pages and pages of lukewarm and tepid bike and finally someone has posted something hot.
That SK Pininfarinia is scorching. I had to wear oven mitts to type this.
Cut the steerer and get some proper Arundel Mandible cages and it will be done.

I do understand the comment on the fork drop outs. Everything is so perfect and they look so basic and crimped. But still, freaking hot, one of the hottest on this thread.

Hot, but aside from the front dropouts, I'm not a fan of the cable exit on the chainstay.

The angled underside of that saddle exaggerates the tilt. It is very nearly level. Even though I have no intention of riding this bike (too big for me) I couldn't bring myself to completely level the saddle as I'd never ride one like that. But I agree it does slightly detract from the otherwise very parallel lines of the bike. It was the only white saddle I had other than the very yellowed original.

Nice looking bike. I would rather the stem be chrome than white. I'm glad you posted it I have a bike I am working on that is a darker blue. I can't decide if it will have black rims or chrome. This picture will help me decide.

Seriously, no comment? Philistines!
So, you know how I was wondering how awesome it could be to modernise one of these?
Turns out, this awesome.
Moved the rear brake, narrowed the stays, aero seatpost, PF30, 9/8" head tube, internal cabling, and so on.
I could just about fap to that
