1985 Schwinn Tempo Touch-Up Paint Match
My 1985 Tempo in azure blue has some rust forming under the brake cable housing. I'll treat the rust and touch it up but am struggling to find a color that is close. Doesn't need to be perfect since the spot is not visible under the cable housing and the bike is a regular rider. Nail polish would be fine for this.
Any azure blue Tempo owners have a good touch-up paint match?

I have the EXACT same bike !!!!
Just got it last week !!!!
Have not had time to search for any touch up paint, but your suggestion of nail polish I think is the best bet.
From the pic your bike doesn't seem to need any
Changed the tires, tubes, brake cables and handlebars, brake levers. Previous owner put a straight bar on it. BUT he kept all the original parts !!!!!
Feel free to PM me anytime to discuss this great Tempo !!!!!

Welcome to the prestigious ranks of Tempo ownership. I was not familiar with them until I got this one and I quickly learned they are great bikes. I bought the frameset from a forum member and built up with the oft-maligned Shimano Arabesque group. The Tempo is a regular rider for me and still gets bombed down a hill at 40mph!

I bought it that way
I rode it and it is smooth and fast !!!!
Seat about 1.5 inches too low or else I'd leave it alone!!
