Hard to remember, but I'd count about 10 cars/trucks, 5 motorcycles, and 6 bicycles. But only two of those bikes would account for something on the order of 98% of all my riding.

I still own and drive my 1st car which I bought 18 years ago.
I still have my 1st bike purchased 24 years ago, but it was wrecked when I suffered a hit-and-run. I have replaced it with a nearly identical bicycle. I plan to swap the parts off the old one onto the new and recycle the frame.

Over the past few years I sold 2 of my vehicles...This year I sold the last 1, my Camaro, which I got at 15 . I'm now sharing an SUV with family.

Between my wife and me...since we own property jointly

Currently: Cars=2, Bikes = 7

Over ~42 years of driving: Cars = 8, Bikes* = 21

* = bikes owned and ridden significantly, not owned and flipped.

8 to 38 (cars/bikes) if I count only "my" vehicles. 15 to 52 (cars to bikes) if I include my wife and children's cars and bikes

Currently 2 cars and 9 bikes (mine), 3 bikes (her's) and 1 bike for my kid.

Currently, Lisa & I have 3 cars (including a 1937 Chrysler collector car) & 12 bikes (all get used)
Over my life, I've had 6 cars & 9 bikes (only one of those bikes is gone/retired; one is my daughter's commuter bike; and one is with my brother-out-law)

Little Eva sang the song "[the] Locomotion" in 1962. One of my favorite oldies. Interestingly, the song was written by Carol King and her collaborator/husband Gerry Goffin.

Where do you put all your bikes? Also, what counts as a bike? I imagine you must have lots of frames, wheels, and parts lying around.

They are whole bikes. Most are jammed in my large shed/workshop. I have two smaller sheds full of bikes, five in an upstairs bedroom, a couple in my computer room, and there are 25 still tucked away in my parent's basement and garage attic. They are vintage or collectible but I have a dozen or so that get ridden regularly.

Lots of parts stashed away but not many frames and wheels. They are tricky to store.

Yeah... I have issues...

It's a 30 year accumulation at least. It didn't occur overnight...
