I know this is pretty specific but I thought I would see if someone here had something. The stem I'm looking for needs to be 1 1/8th threaded fork quill type with 25.4 quill post and 25.4 or 26.0 bar clamp with 130-140 length and 130-140 rise preferably black. I really want to keep the bike basically original and the original stem is essentially 20mm's too small for the bike and me thank's too 90's cost cutting.

Generic quill stem. Available with 25.4mm stainless steel shafts and up to 300mm height.
Shim 25.4-28.6mm, threadless stem of your choice.
Result.

I'm digging for a stem today for a cheap flip and will see what I have in the bin, I know I have a few 1 1/8 long reach stems out there but not sure about the rise, will let you know what I find.

Thanks for looking there just isn't a lot online and most of it is pricey and kinda ugly.. Almost everything is 0 degree and what I really need 15 or 17 degree angle.

It came to me today riding in the woods there is a much simpler solution just buy or find some nice 25.4 riser type bar's gives me the room I need and nice sets are only $20 or so online..So thanks for looking for the unicorn when the horse was right there.
