Best free cycling training program for trainer?
I like TrainerRoad but am wondering if there are free alternatives out there that are as good.

depending on your trainer you can usually get their software to control the trainer, so just need to set up whatever workout you want to accomplish. I'm pretty sure Wahoo will let you re-ride a real ride you did if that's what you're looking for.
