Checking out a new bike trail today!

And when I say new I mean NEW! See that little sliver of brown in the the beautiful green green grass if someone’s home? That is the trail.

It is part of trail called the Fishing Line trail in Kendallville In. https://www.traillink.com/trail/fishing-line-trail/

Have fun, BG! That looks so nice & FLAT, lol. 😁
I have a niece in Indiana, but don't remember what town. 🤔
I just saw the tents set up for Oktoberfest, here in Kingman, AZ, so I guess I'll have to check it out, after breakfast. 😎

Nice! Have you ridden it yet? Huh? Huh? Have you??

I was riding the Eureka Waterfront Trail before it was finished, much less paved. It helps the trailhead is a block from where I work.

No it is around 30-45 min from me and frankly I didn't realize it was this, or at least going to be this long. I'll probably check it out next summer.

While it is nice for cyclist that they try and keep the trail narrow and not to remove too many trees it is a bit tricky for the construction crews. Perhaps the planners didn't realize the need to get a 40 ton truck into lay the asphalt. Oh yes this is a fancy asphalt trail. Gravel is for the roads around these parts.

I took these with my Nikon D3000 DSLR and they seem to have gotten jumbled up a bit so I have trouble remembering the exact order.

OK here we go! this is the easy part.

Nice view of that pole.

Starting in to the first little section of woods.

A better view of the savanna

Never get of the boat! I gotta remember never get off the boat.

This is the easy part we have to back up through this savanna and into the woods again. I got out and walked 'behind the truck' to take a few shorts.
