My $50 Falcon. How did I do?
I purchased a Falcon Harrier off craigslist for $50. From the frame material (Reynolds 453), the bike must be an entry level falcon from the 80's. The cranks are Stronglight the components are Shimano 105. The frame is in fair to good condition. In my limited experience, I estimate its value at $125-175. What would you estimate the value of the bike to be? Thanks for your help!
Update: I sold the frame, fork, headset, bottom bracket, and seat post on ebay for $80. Not a great flip, but I have parts that I intend to sell or use as parts.
