Thoughts on my new jersey?

I bought some cheap jerseys from AliExpress to fill out my rotation. I really like the colorway on this one, and it reminds of what it's for, in case I accidentally grab it before going to play hockey or something. What do you think?

Have a good weekend!

I think it was listed at $12 USD or something. It was under $20 with shipping. I expect it will last me for the rest of my life if I take care of it.

Only if you don't wash them in gasoline and then put them in the dryer.

At $20 if they last for a season you got a good deal. I bet the zipper is that goes first.

Nice Jersey. And stay away from New Jersey, except down the shore. But don't stop until you get there.😉

Looks fake...Needs some sponsorship logos to make it look like a real cycling jersey.

THe thought is want count. It'll be ole Jersey after a few cycles of washing. Did you preselect a design or was that an uploaded design from you?

Some Chinese jerseys are garbage, some are decent, and some lie in between the extremes. I don't know how pleased I'd be after getting a $12 jersey for $12, but hey, might get a season or two out of it.

I've never paid more than $40 for any jersey, ever-- but I mostly buy stuff from PI, Castelli, Canari, etc. that was cheaper to begin with, and heavily discounted for whatever reason.

Got a Canari from REI last closeout season, which after my annual dividend cost me 63˘ shipped. A couple of my PIs were had from Amazon for $10-12 each.

If I had bought that jersey, the last thing I would want is for it to last the rest of my life.

For that you need one that says 'hockey pucking'.

Jersey has a lot of great riding. In 2018 I saw a bear while camping in Worthington State Forest during a tour home from New England. Warren and Hunterdon Counties are also terrific, but not for flatlanders unless you stay along the river. Rural Cape May County is also quite nice.

“Down the shore” is one of my least favorite places to ride in the state. I do several short tours to Woodbine (Belleplain State Forest) every year. Worst part is riding to OC then up the coast to AC to get the train home.
