My guess is that it started life as an 82 model 715.
The Phil, DA, and Modolo bits are replacements.
Would have had Campy, SR, and Grand Compe, respectively.

The crank and stem are from around 1983 or 84. Shimano Dura Ace AX crank with Dyna drive pedals, there was a company that made adapters for regular pedals to install to this cranset. I have a Specialized Allez with this same group.

720/728, the chain stays are too long to be anything else. My 728 doesn't a brake bridge, the cable stop is held by the seat post binder bolt.

The serial number on the bottom bracket indicates the model and size. Go to https://www.vintage-trek.com for the list

Look up, or give us, the serial number. Also what is printed on the Reynolds stickers on frame and fork. Ignore all the components, they're all replaced, at least anything major. These bikes did not come with straight bars, just for one point. 720s and some 620s came with the extra-long chainstays. NOT 610s or 710s. I'd be very surprised if any '80s 6xx or 7xx had any 631 in them, or 631 stickers.
The paint looks original. On the Vintage Trek site you can look up what they thought about years and models based on color scheme.
