Capitol Bikeshares is the largest bike sharing operation in the USA. I think its cool that the technicians providing on-site maintenance had utilized bicycles to get there and had a trailer set up to transport bikes that required further attention.

They carry their tools and stuff in a big Rubbermaid type bin on the trailer, the lid of which you can see it the picture.

The picture was staged. I asked them if they were going to be hauling bikes on the trailer because if they were, I wanted to take a picture of it. They sad "No but we can put some bikes on there." I sad "No, that's OK...", but they said "It's no problem!". So after they loaded the bikes I said, "Since you've gone this far, why not get on and pretend you're going somewhere?"

Previously, they had three bike racks on the trailer, but removed the middle one to make room for the toolbox. Best of luck with your bike share program! It sounds like you are trying to make a difference in your community. Your efforts are commendable, keep up the good work!
