San Bruno Bike Plan input
Hi all,
I haven't checked or posted here in a while. I'm also still trying to motivate myself to get back to riding regularly. It's hard when you get into a rut. However I do try to stay involved with some bicycle advocacy at least.
I'm on the San Bruno Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory committee and we've received a funding grant to hire a consultant to develop the city's Bicycle and Pedestrian master plan. The consultant has setup a website to gather public feedback and suggestions. It is in the very initial stages so all feedback is welcome.
My own selfish interest in the plan besides safer biking in San Bruno is to build MTB trails in Crestmoor Canyon similar to what is built at Waterdog Lake Park in Belmont. There is great opportunity in updating and expanding the current, seldom used trail there. https://www.google.com/maps/place/Cr...6defdf0bcf3904
So if you have any suggestions for safer biking or walking or you'd like to see MTB trails in Crestmoor Canyon, please visit the site and add your feedback.
Welcome to the City of San Bruno, California
Thank you,
Henry
PS. I'm planning to ride (slow) sometime this Labor Day weekend. Still don't know where but if there are any rides planned maybe I could join.

Good to see you Blast. I haven't been riding much at all either, it's hard when you have a few other time consuming things in your life.
