erg file & online group ride/race

I am looking for an online (over the internet) group ride/race site that will also allow me to overlay an erg file. The erg file may be, for instance, 5 min intervals at x% (or y watts) with a rest in between, repeated 'n' times. Many of us have done these on a Computrainer or Kickr or whatever. Some of us have also done them on a set of rollers, or a turbo trainer, sort of what I call 'freestyle', and a method much more difficult in my mind. On the CT or Kickr all(!) one has to do is pedal, rather than pedal AND make sure you are pedaling fast/hard enough.

Over the years I have done all my intervals on a CT but am now getting bored with TdF video repeats and thus am looking at internet group riding sites.

The nature of most sites, I guess, is freestyle type pedaling, just like out on the road. Each site has various methods to interact with the ANT+ device, power curves, smart trainer, etc. This either controls the smart trainer or interprets your wght/cadence/speed etc. to place you in the pack.

I want the best of both worlds. I want to be able to do a group ride online, but do it in a controlled fashion via the erg file. I don't care about auto upload to Strava, points, jersey colors, medals, standings, or other baubles.

Your thoughts or suggestions (other than Rule #5 , to harden ... up) please.

Thanks, I just read DC Rain's review of Trainer Mode. Seems to fit the bill.
Does anyone know when Z will add 'create your own workout'? I have loads of CT erg files that I would also like to try in the Z group ride environment.

That feature is there now; launched this past Monday.
