Which pulley get the longer of the 2 bolts? I am thinking the guide pulley

I thought this would be definitive, but not quite:

Unfortunately, it lists both bolts as #9, but bolts are of different length. They should've given the two bolts different numbers, as they are not the same part.

and next time you tear something apart, lay the parts out in the positions and order they came off the assembly.
i place the top roller/hardware at the left, bottom roller/hardware on the right.
