Thanks for this post. I watched most of it and it was great to see some of the great champions of the era such as Bartali, Magni, Bobet, and Robic, in the full flight. There was even Coppi as a spectator and an appearance by Maurice Garin at the finish. It was also interesting to see surplus Jeeps from the war being used as team cars. What's not to like?
