Winter is not done yet !
Well looks as if winter wants to play a little longer, as we prepare for a storm coming in for a 14 hour stay. So went out for a tad over 3 hours on the present trials before it arrives. Hopefully it won't take long to get groomed and packed down so I can extend my winter fun.

I did see a prediction that March is expected to be colder than normal. I didn't want to burst any early spring bubbles. Although, the exception was the east coast, so cross your fingers.

We're at -5F in balmy western Wisconsin
There's also a windchill advisory, but at this point, I don't even pay attention unless it's the advisory that says your skin will freeze in 5 minutes or less. We have the one that says your skin will freeze in a half hour. Whatever, that's just normal now.

We tied the record low for the day at the Minneapolis airport, -13 °F. That's without the wind chill.
And there's more cold and snow coming this week.
I'm beginning to have something of an attitude problem.

I agree completely that this winter has been........ well not nice. Just when I was starting to enjoy riding on snow covered trails in 15 degree weather we got a semi warm day. Now the trails are covered with re-freeze and the temps are in the low single digits. The March thaw cannot come soon enough.
