Last week my wife and I did a supported 4 day group tour from the Black Diamond PA northern end of the Delware and Lehigh trail, down to Washington Crossing PA, then over the Delaware River and up to Bull's Island NJ on the Delaware and Raritan Trail to Bull's Island NJ and back over the river again to Lumberton PA.

I've uploaded a CycleBlaze journal of the trip here. Lot of options for doing this self-supported, either with camping or credit card style touring.
