Jersey Devil Sat Sep 21, 2019 Salem County NJ
The South Jersey Wheelmen bicycle club again is hosting the Jersey Devil Century. Ride distances are two 50-milers (which can be ridden back-to-back to get a century) and two 25-milers. This year's date is Saturday Sept 21, 2019, start time is 8am. Rain or shine.
The SAG-supported rides begin and end at Parvin State Park in Salem County NJ (near Vineland),
convenient to the Delaware Memorial Bridge / US 40, and to NJ Route 55.
Lots of low-traffic roads and mostly flat riding thru 'down Jersey' farmlands, woodlands, etc.
Some good food, including homemade baked goods, at the rest stops (for the two 50-milers) and at the end. The two 25-milers have water stops.
Cost is $25 advance, $30 day-of registration. Jersey Devil Century Ride
