well i would PM this but i want to taket his opportunity to pimp out all the dope girls and guys at DAREDEVIL on ludlow (www.daredeviltattoo.com), especially james o' brien (www.stressfracture.net) and danielle distefano (www.yesithurts.net, luggedwithlove's roomie).
to answer your question: scott harrison (www.headbandbrothers.com), the artist who did mine is living overseas at the moment but should be moving to portland soon. no idea who still does traditional hand-poke style.

sorry to bump this for such an old reply, but i have to attest to the fact that scott harrisson rules. he's a good friend of mine, and did two really nice tattoos on my collarbones a few yrs back... the company he's keeping in portland is quite stellar as well... the folks at atlas tattoo are kicking ass and doing incredible work, as usual.
and the folks at daredevil are rad as well... brad fink kinda ****ing rules.

i'm very seriously considering a standard 108mm orange dome white flyer on my left shoulder blade or left pectoral.
and a 3x5" or 4x6" outline of Oklahoma on the left side of my left thigh or calf muscle.
the chainring tattoo is cool, but i don't think i'm a serious enough cyclist to warrant one. even if i quit riding though it would still look neat i guess.

if you get a chance, look up an artist named david bruehl. (i'd just hit google)
he's a recent transplant from tampa florida, an excellent tattooer, and a friend of mine who i highly recommend for custom tattooing.

Wait, all tattos were illegal in Oklahoma until now?
Like, tattoos? Illegal as in sanctioned by law? Life inprisonment or what?

I was a pro mechanic for 15 years. On the right is a wrench (!). I have a lage collection of antique tools and I have abunch of these. It looks better as a tat then a straight wrench. And on the left is a 1960's Campagnolo 1" pitch 24t track chainring. What can I say? I love Campy! Both done by Bill S. at the Baltimore Tattoo Museum a most excellent place! www.baltimoretattoomuseum.net

yeah tattoos were JUST legalized in OK.
and thanks for the advice regarding safety of tattoos in Oklahoma. I was actually thinking about a trip to Texas or check-double checking who does it if it's here.

Got a couple more since last time I posted. This one is a memorial of my quarter-century in Baltimore. Says "Charm City" in the banner. MD state flag colors, by accident. Got it done shortly before I moved to Philly. Sorry for the crappy pic; my camera is toast, so cell phone it is. I'll post a better one once I get my hands on a new black box.

Sorry, but is a jobstopper something that stops work, or is it the "wrench in the machine" that makes my life so difficult? Don't ask...long day. Nice ink though!!!
