Awesome video, love how you stitched together before and after, really seamless!!
Looks like a lot of shrubs and tall grasses there. Five years ago I went out just west of Denver and biked where there had been a wild fire. At least a year had passed so the grass and small sedges, shrubs were green. You'd be in greenery only to come around a bend and just see hundreds of acres of 10ft tall charred pine tree trunks. Very surreal.

He called out "Afternoon" and the hiker instantly side stepped off the trail. He then said "thank you". I don't know how else you could do a better job of overtaking someone?

No, not Kansas. The hilly terrain, including the 3,849' mountain in the background should make that obvious.
No, not all downhill. Like most mountain biking you have to earn your turns by climbing.
The hiker heard my hub and yielded by stepping of the trail. While I'm always prepared to yield, in many cases, like this one, it's not necessary because many folks around here get along and share trails amicably.
For someone who claims to be an angel you seem to be really judgmental and grumpy.
