Download their "Dynamic DNS Update Client (DUC) for Windows": https://www.noip.com/download?page=win
I've never used it but it looks pretty easy to configure. You'll need to update DNS records to setup CNAMEs correctly.
NB: Looks like their only expectation to use the Free service is you'll be asked to confirm every 30 days that you're still using the service.

My Juniper/Netscreen and Cisco devices support it. YMMV. Not sure what you're using. But anyway, go to www.noip.com - it does what you're accustomed to.
