Fugi Finest road bike - worth $275??

I've been having a hard time finding used road bicycles in my size, but the seller wants $275 and I'm not sure if this is worth it.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Its not vintage, but if its in great shape , I'de say it is a good deal.
In my area, any bike with brifters for <$300 is a good deal.

That's not a Fuji Finest.

This is a Fuji Finest.

Drool.

OP - I think that Fuji is worth $275 as well as long as it's in good working order.

It is a Fuji Finest. They changed the style dramatically over the years. $275.00 is a fair amount if it fits and it works.

Lose the "g' It's Fuji, not Fugi.

Zorro was posting a pic of his vintage Finest.

Your post could very well be a pic of a newish Finest. It appears to be a 1999.

https://www.bikepedia.com/QuickBike/B...nest&Type=bike

If that bike is in good condition, and is your size, $275 seems fair.

Psst. It is spelled Fuji not Fugi.

And just to annoy USAZorro:

THIS is a Fuji Finest - which, by 2003, had become the next to the cheapest model in the line:

That picture brings back memories - although I rarely ever saw a white one. When I worked for the shop, all we were getting in were blue ones.

I am pretty sure that is a Mazda, not a Fuji, but the bike makes it hard to tell.

In this area, a late model bike, brand name bike with brifters sells for $300+. If a nice road bike with brifters was listed on CL below $300, you wouldn't have time to come here and ask if it's a good deal cause it would be gone.
If it fits, and you said it did, I'd buy the bike.

Dude, it's 4/20.

Hey, look, something shiny! Nice white Finest with shiny.

p.s. Googled "How do people even find these threads..." 'cause it's like 4/20, man. Learned it's also called "necroing" a thread, as in necromancing I suppose. I like the idea I am necromancing this '83 Bianchi and necromancing this '74 Maserati and necromancing this '87 420, uh, I mean 400D. Is there a thread for showing your 420's today? I don't have one, or I'd start one.

I think it happens during seances when people are trying to communicate with loved ones that have passed on. If you ride your bike to the seance, a BikeForums thread gets dredged.
