After all if you want a light bike, buy your own.

For @Ramona_W, I went out for a ride on a beautiful, sunny 52° day and felt crappy immediately, no explanation for it. About 11 miles in, I see my wife's car in a parking lot with her getting ready to pull away. Rode over, loaded my bike, and said, “Take me home.” She obliged.
The mind said let's ride and the body said no way.

He was thinking of the humilation and abuse Mrs Trainsnorter will give to Trainsnorter for calling for a ride, rather than sneaking a Uber and pretending to ride the full distance.

I felt fine off the bike but my body cringed at having to pedal down the street. Legs weren't particularly sore or anything, just blah.
Came home and did some minor work around the house to get our house ready to go on the market. In fact, I think the stress of that may be why I'm having trouble about every other day riding. Too much on my mind.
I touch up some paint areas and a day or two later, I see some more. Then the sun comes out and I see the windows need washing. I've replaced the guts in one toilet, changed out the check valve in the sump pump, replaced the globe on the hall light, replace some ceiling tiles in the utility room, cleaned out the fireplace and polished the fireplace doors, cleaned out the attic, hauled a bunch of stuff to storage locker, spackled holes in the walls, replaced a couple outlets, added mulch to a rock garden, and on and on and on and I still have a list a page long.
My wife said a little while ago, "You know, this place is looking pretty spiffy. Maybe we wont move."

Between the general hassle of moving and the transaction costs, we decided that our next move will be when I retire. My wife is already retired .

It was odd. They could either medicate to get the heart under control or execute a "procedure". I said try the procedure. The docs had me blow as hard as I could into a syringe for 30 seconds, then they tipped me upside down for about two minutes. My wife said that when we started the procedure my HR was 220. After about a minute upside down it was falling towards normal. When they dropped my feet and sat me back I looked and ti was around 130 and falling. After about an hour it was steady in the low 80's.
It's good they didn't need to do a cardioversion (where they stop and restart the heart).
(I'm no doc, @datlas will probably correct everything I've said).

I think that's what they call a vagal maneuver. Blowing into the straSomehow stimulates the vagus nerve.

I felt better yesterday after everything stabilized. More than anything, I've been tired yesterday and today.
