M-Wave Panniers... Anyone got them? What about replacements?
Hi all,
I've currently got some M-Wave panniers, which work great around town whenever I go and get groceries, or on day-trips.
But, I'm worried about them on longer tours... When I bought the bike, they came with it, having just gone across the country. They're still in great shape - however one of the front ones has a small tear in the fabric on the bottom.
What would be the best fix for that? Stitch? Duct-tape?
Anyway, should I be looking to replace my panniers? What are everyone else's experience with such panniers? (Has anyone been on tour with them?)
Finally, can you all recommend a replacement? I've heard great things about Ortlieb and Arkel panniers.
Thanks,
Jack.
