I have these pics in huge files of 8-10MB...what is the best way to post them here? I guess if you don't mind going to the link it is okay. I always prefer pics in the thread

Me and my buddy duo-ed the race and ended up 27th out of 45 teams... we both felt like crap by the end of the race and for some reason I want to go back next year.
Congrats on finishing!! Top half isn't too bad!
Edit: Actually that's me behind you in one of those pics!! Sup dude! I spoke to you for a bit on the first lap when I was still enjoying myself. How'd you feel for the rest of the race? Most people I talked to felt pretty crappy towards the end. Still fun somehow though... strange how that tends to happen at races.

Don't feel too bad, MX. There are those times when getting through the other end is the accomplishment. That's the way I had to look at my performance at Crankworx last year.
Oh, and for pics - - start that free PhotoBucket account. You get gobs of storage space and the pics get automatically default resize to 1024x768 as you upload them. Plus they even give you the [img] bracket codes to embed them without having to go to the picture icon.

Are you the one that we were talking about my Pixie Blue colored frame?
I didn't feel the greatest. It was more my back if I recall...but it was generalized fatigue too. I had wanted to get a 5th lap...I sort of gave up when I realized I was missing the cut-off time by a couple min.
I took too long of breaks between laps. I think up 20 min when I was blabbing to someone avoiding going out again
I hadn't rode a mtn bike for about 1 year before that race
I have re-incorporated flexibility training into my workout and Cohutta went much better with regard to my lower back. This was encouraging because I was out there for 11.5 hours and 100 miles. That was the longest mtb ride I have ever done. I did do a 24 hour, but only did about 80 then slept for awhile and did about 60 more.
I felt really good at Cohutta after the race. I cannot believe a 10 hour 100 mile ride would only get you 90th something place!!
so how many laps did you guys squeeze in?
are you doing Burn 24?
