Condition of new rim welded seam, acceptable or not?

Hello,

I thought I had submitted this post but I guess I was wrong. https://imgur.com/a/YPMkC/all Here are some pictures of the welded seam on a rim I just got in the mail today. I am far from a wheelbuilding/rim expert but the seam looks pretty terrible even from novice welder point of view. The weld bead looks incomplete and it looks like they used an angle grinder with a grinder wheel instead of a flap disc (I don't imagine using an angle grinder on a rim at all) or something far less aggressive. There are some fairly deep gouges along the seam. Am I over reacting or should I send this rim back?

Thanks!

You had - and it got some replies. Looks entirely cosmetic to me - and in a place where you won't see it once the tire is installed.
