What kind of Guerciotti is this one?
I've bumped on such Guerciotti recently, guy who's selling this says that it's full campagnolo chorus 2/8 spd, aluminium frame (for me it looks like fillet brazed steel, he says that he didn't checked if its steel). Since there's no Guerciotti '90s catalogues online, I cant say if its genuine. On Internet theres only one similiarly painted Guerciotti photo, but it's lugged one. Could this bike be a repainted fake one? I've seen some repaints but this one has a decal saying "Varnished By Dossena Carlo Mica-Pearl Varnish", maybe this is some kind of limited edition bike? There are no tubing decals as far as I'm concerned. Only information that could reveal tubing is seatpost diameter wich is 27.0 mm. frame size is 58 c-t. Guy is selling it for 260€.
I've attached some photos

Dunno the model but it is most likely a real Guerciotti made from aluminium and I would say that it is a great deal at the price you mentioned for the Chorus group alone.
I say most likely it is authentic because if one were to make a counterfeit bike, they'd be most likely to copy one of the better known marquees such as Colnago or Gios.

definitely an aluminum fork and seems like the frame is too, but never seen a Guerciotti like this one before...Carlo Dossena painted a LOT of the "Titan of Switzerland" (steel) frames which were actually not Swiss but Italian...and he did painting for other makes around the Milan/Bergamo region. Since his paint isn't fake I'd guess the Guerciotti decals are genuine too.

if steel, I can't see guerciotti taking the time to make a few fillet brazed frames.

Real or not, the wheels and gruppo are worth the asking price in the US market. Paint job doesn't look cheap. I would go for that in my size.

My two cents.....
Having worked at a shop that sold Guerciottis in the late 1980s decals were very plentiful. We put them on Cannondales and other bikes just for fun. The Ten Speed Drive reps didn't care.
That being said I have no opinion on if this guerciotti is real. The decals we used were the latter type.

My gut feeling is that it is real. That is a very nice looking early aluminum frame, I like the smoothed over welds, it's very cool. I would date it to the early to mid 1990s as a guess. The paint is really nice and in my opinion adds value to the bike.
