Logo style is 1984 but it's missing the Piaggio decal which would corroborate the year.

It's an Eco Pista, so the component group, if OEM, would be Gipemme, Consequently, it's not worth anywhere near the value of the Campagnolo equipped Super Pista, though $50 is almost theft.

The vintage super dork disk wheel cover dates it as a 82-84 bike these were only used allowed in racing for a couple of years.
