No. They are always specific to the exact type of chain. There is a wide variety of them, especially in 3/32.

They make both 3/32" and 1/8" chains that connect using quick links, but each chain width requires a different link, and as AlmostTrick said, they are also unique to each manufacturer and model.

Thanks for the responses.
I do understand that quick links for 3/32 will depend on the chain / cassette / freewheel. A 1/8 chain requires a 1/8 quick link, cant use a link for a 3/32 chain.
