Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

anyway, as long as scene doesn't mean listening to folk music and riding a black bike with a "c**t power" sticker on the head tube, it's cool.

folk music as in [see my last post, on the page before this]. I'm more into girls/newer stuff, but what you mention is cool too.

missed that.

and yeah, planes mistaken for stars...my itunes shuffling is really on the ball today...planes, hot water music, promise ring...it took me back a few years, when those bands were new and i made fun of my friends who listened to them for being "emo wussies" and "losing punk points".

ah, how times change.

Blacklisted - The Beat Goes On My friends have been all about this record for the past month or so... I don't know, not really into it. Pretty generic hardcore. Not fast enough for me.
The Repos/Fourteen or Fight split 7" Holy **** The Repos. Super-fast and super-pissed ha ha hardcore.Into it. I've got the first LP on it's way to my house. I shouldn't have slept on this in 2004.
