I’ve seen Franklin’s paintwork but not seen one of their bikes before.

There are lots of nice details on this Andy Gilmour in Tucson; price of $700 is quite reasonable too, imo, especially if your name happens to be Karen

And I really like how well-appointed this Masi in Denver is, that fade is just perfect

Or you could take the Reedville ferry to Tangier, wait for the ferry to Onancock or Crisfield MD, rent a car, buy the bike, drop off the car, take the ferry back to Tangier. Now you'd need to stay the night on Tangier (ferry schedule you see), catch the ferry back to Reedville, and drive home. Simple! And you'd have a $1,200 Specialized.

For real? Or a repaint? The bottom bracket interior does look minty.

Or maybe the seller could find a proxy seller on the mainland, which would make the bike a LOT more attractive to prospective buyers.

Nashbar 26" tourer late 80's

Not particularly valuable, but possibly historically interesting - a late 80's 26" wheel drop bar touring bike from Nashbar. Ishiwata EX triple-butted 4130 tubing. Front canti brake, rear U-brake. Reminds me of the Specialized Rock Combo or Bridgestone XO. Other images online confirm it was sold as shown with the drop bar, rather than being a conversion. A gravel/bike-backing bike before that was such a thing.

Decal placement is different. Suspect bicycle has the decal much closer to the braze-ons, rather than centered between the braze-ons and BB.

Rare VintagCinelli Supercorsa - 1982 with Campagnolo Record Components - $1700 (JAMAICA PLAIN)

1982 Cinelli Supercorsa 26.2 mm seatpost. 54.5 cm seat tube. Period correct Campagnolo Record crank, derailleurs, bottom bracket, wheel hubs, headset, pedals with titanium shaft. Mavic G40 rims, Modolo Speedy Brakes and levers. Dura-ace seat tube. Cinelli Volare SLX saddle, cinelli bars and stem.

In pretty great shape needs a minor cable adjustment. Some scratches looks like a minor road rash. I’m the second owner.

At first I was just gonna crack wise ---A $1700 Cinelli needs a minor cable adjustment? Not one full DS photo? Then I was going after the sandaled feet in picture, plus the face reflected in the seat lug... but upon a closer look, forget the face, and all the rest...what's up with that seat lug?
Pretty bike though... a real shame, (must be a repaint too, though it hardly matters).
Cheers, Eric

You do realize that the extremely short attention span of a goldfish is an urban legend, right?

I think I was wrong. I sure hope so! That is some seriously shiny chrome... I think what looked like a crack to me, is a tubing reflection. Now, the bare toes, face, etc....

I agree something looks fishy with the quality of the paint and color and placement of the decals. It isn't a Specialissma, I don't think Bianchi used that name or term during the '90s at all. I don't see a pic of this color decal on a Celeste TSX frame but that doesn't mean it didn't happen. It is weird that boths bikes have it but then one the bike in Colorado the placement looks odd. (Remeber when the colored text colors were much bolder?)

I think a bigger issue might be how do you prove it really is SuperSet SX and not SBX?
