Found Potentially Stolen Specialized Diverge Bike---Where to post?

Found potentially stolen Specialized Diverge bike! But serial number lookup generates no hits. This is an EXPENSIVE bike, someone has done a lot of mods to this bike. There were so many mods done, that it is difficult to determine what specific model of bike this is. I THINK it is a Diverge Comp Carbon, but I find so much conflicting information on websites, that it is difficult to know, especially with all the mods on it.

--I have the serial number, but get no returns on BikeIndex.com.
--There are no ads that I see for stolen bikes matching that description on Craigslist or Facebook (Facebook is hard to search).
--I contacted Specialized Corp asking for information on how to figure out what shop eventually received the bike, so I can contact them to figure out ownership. I have gotten no response.

---If you know where this bike came from, I would like some documentation to prove ownership, and an explanation of why you never reported the serial number. But most of all on this site, I need help figuring out where to post this!
