You're telling me I could have gone 4x on my 36H Sturmey Archer drum brake hubs? Would have been cool but I think a 0.2mm spoke head clearance is pushing it a bit. 
I kind of want to do a straight pull or 2x one day on a rim and hub combo that would make sense on but so far I like building extra strong 36H commuter/touring hubs.

Both are way too big for me. The carbon Allez has been on the CL for over a month I think. Pretty sure the price started at $600 and is now at $475, They both look like they are in good shape!

Ben, I got a kick out of this post. I actually have a couple of those bowls and lids. Not close to a set, just a couple of bowls/lids. I bought a house in an online auction almost 5 years ago, Dec. 17, 2015. Quit a few things were left in the house, especially kitchenware, and they were among the the things I kept. The house and property needed a lot of work and things replaced, but the initial cost was quite low. It has been my home since May 12, 2016. I now have a small bedroom setup as my bike workshop.

Yes, interesting that there are collectors that are like us...will to pay exorbitant prices for everyday items....I found that Tupperware to be crazy and I am sure that it did not sell for that prize but the ask was insane.
Keep the gold lines on your pieces and you can buy another Colnago!

Yesterday I was picking up trash on the Humboldt Bay Trail when an older woman rode up on a gorgeous little cranberry Stumpie with blue lettering. I tried talking to her about it, but she clearly wasn't interested, and left as soon as she politely could. Don't think I didn't notice the bike was my size.

Spending way too much time/concentration trying to decipher out of focus headbadges whenever you see them in a movie (and then getting mad when the supposed protagonist throws a classic to the ground as if it's nothing - and doesn't even lock it up in public???) that you miss the key plot points of the movie (but who cares, the ******* supposed protagonist is treating the real star of the show like crap?).
