Vintage Pumps, Pegs, Brackets, Holders - show 'em!

Has this been done lately? Mods can merge if I missed a thread or something.

Here's my contribution which i'll update if I run across old pics.

For head tube pegs there is the 'pointy end' style and the 'nail head'.
Down tube paired braze-ons, approx 47.5cm apart tip-to-tip.
And the trusty clip-on universal pump holder

What can you add???

AFA France seems to be a common umbrella. Campy as well.

Not Road related but the coolest I have seen are MTB. Ibis "toe jam" pump peg and their "hand job" cable guide. https://www.google.com/search?client...0tbG6ml9RqM%3D

I'll have to get you a picture, but my mountain bike (see signature) has a pump peg on the back of the seat tube, just below the seatpost clamp. It takes a Mt. Zefal pump with the air chuck end pressed against the top of the left chainstay and the handle compressed under the peg. Very secure, doesn't get in the way of carrying the bike over the shoulder, and leaves room for downtube and seat tube water bottle cages.

I once had a Somec which had an unusual style pump peg....it was flat rather than round. This is the best I can do picture wise....

From 2 new builds, one not even built up yet

Silca that I had to shorten about an inch and a half, with the Silca head now, but I still might swap to a Campy head.

NOS Solibloc that fits right in the brazed-on pegs, plus it's a Shrader that goes with my big hole 27" Fiamme rims

There are two bosses on the back of the seat tube that were used for mounting a lighting battery pack.

Dave Tesch used to braze an old ball bearing to the back of the head tube as a pump peg.

I've always liked these plastic Zéfal pump pegs for bikes that didn't come with one:

When I built this a few decades ago, I put on a pump peg, but not braze on shifter bosses

Here's my relatively modern Zefal, using the Campy umbrella holder on my Legnano, and the same pump on my Super Course. I haven't gotten an umbrella holder for the Raleigh, yet. I added the Velcro cable tie as insurance, because even with the umbrella holder on the Legnano, the pump worked loose and jammed between the crank "spokes". Not a good thing.

Early Impero with removable rubber plug permitting storage of spare spokes inside shaft. Cast metal head is Silca item current at least as far back as early 1950's. It was phased out when Silca introduced their plastic framefit head in the early 1970's. Cycle is Cinelli Model B ~1954.

Next is Rampinelli (REG) pump holder set nr. 376. Smaller bracket is made to accept the cast metal Impero head.
