L/M/S sizes for MKS toe clips
Which size(small, medium, large) foot clips fit best for which shoe sizes?
I'm about a size 9 in male shoes, would I go with small or medium clips?

i have size 12, and i use the LL
i think they're too big. i have them paired with MKS gr-9s. . . does anyone know if the pedal effects the length of the toe clip? meaning are LLs on the gr-9s going to be just as long on sylvan tracks or whatever. could that be posible? that where they screw into the pedal is a different length depending on the pedal?

9.5 here (sometimes 9 or 10) and I'm running large MKS clips. I think my size is right in between the M and L range, so...
Wondering whether M would've been better, I tried mounting my L clips on the inside of the pedal cages with a washer in between--effectively pulling them back ~5mm from where they sat when mounted on the outside of the cage. It just didn't feel as good, even after a week-long adjustment period. Skidding put too much strain on my feet (yea, feet) and that 5mm made them noticeably less secure on the pedal (also because the clip covers the front of the cage when mounted this way).
Further, the feeling of the clips being too deep or too shallow depends on the shoes I'm wearing. Ugh, this makes me want to go clipless.

question on the different sized mks toe clips...do they increase/decrease in size in the toe area or the strap retainer? or both?
i have mediums...sometimes my foot feels like it's about to slip out...thinking of getting the large, but don't want to cause toe overlap that i don't have right now.

Large work well for size 10, so I would definitely recommend medium over small.
When I was putting the clip on my right pedal I saw the 'L' on the clip and stopped for a moment, "What? There is a difference between the left and right clips? Oh, that's 'L' for 'Large'..."
True story.

As some have commented...the larger clip might increase the toe overlap issue. So...you must weigh the pros/cons of more pedal power versus overlap issues.
And, as some have also said...wider shoes just don't fit well into the MKS clips. You need something pretty narrow and pretty low profile.
Hope this helps.
EDIT: the toe area increases in length...but I don't think in width. If you are looking to fit wider shoes by going up in size, I don't think that will help. The clips are designer for narrow, slim shoes, like old cycling shoes.

8.6-9 men's and L MKS toeclips fit great. note that M MKS toecliips actually are "large" since they're labeled a size large, supposedly.

thanks for all the input guys...
turns out i had the opportunity to ride both L and M (I'm size 8.5-9)...
if i'm in my friend's L clips the arches of my feet are positioned directly over the pedal
if I'm in my other friend's M clips my the balls of my feet (no pun) are directly over the pedal
I find it more comfortable for me to exert my energy more comfortably (and maybe a bit more efficently) in the M clips
Conclusion:: 8.5-9 feels great in M mks pedal set
