1940s(?) Cleveland Welding Company Roadmaster cruisers

Any thoughts on value of these two Roadmaster girls cruisers? I think they date roughly to the 40s? Stickers indicate they were made by the Cleveland Welding Company. First is in much better condition, but I have the tank that's been detached from the second. I don't have the seat and seatpost, though.
